Clear expectations on both sides.

Xpertza provides digital services only within the scope confirmed in writing before work begins. This may include a project brief, proposal, contract, invoice breakdown, milestone plan, or approved email/WhatsApp summary.

Anything outside the agreed scope is treated as a separate request, add-on, revision, or new phase unless clearly stated otherwise in writing.

Xpertza uses transparent pricing with public entry tiers and custom scoping where needed. Final pricing is confirmed after reviewing requirements, complexity, and delivery needs.

• Payment may be milestone-based or fixed for the full project depending on the service and approved structure.
• Wise and Remitly are currently preferred payment methods unless another method is agreed in writing.
• Work begins only after the relevant invoice, deposit, or approved milestone payment has been received as agreed.

Xpertza provides estimated timelines based on the approved scope. Delivery depends on project complexity, client responsiveness, access readiness, revision flow, and any third-party dependencies involved in the work.

Where milestones apply, delivery is typically phased and reviewed in stages. Delays caused by missing assets, access, approvals, or substantial scope changes may shift the timeline.

Revision rounds are handled according to the agreed scope. Focused tasks and builds may include different revision allowances, and some larger systems may use milestone review points rather than unlimited ongoing changes.

Requests that materially change the approved direction, features, page count, integrations, content volume, or technical complexity may require a revised scope and pricing update before implementation.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate project information, timely feedback, required materials, and working access where needed. This may include branding files, content, hosting access, CMS access, domain records, analytics access, or internal decision approvals.

Where delays in response or approvals occur, Xpertza may pause delivery timing until the required input is available.

Unless a separate contract says otherwise, final approved deliverables are transferred or made available for client use after the agreed payment obligations are completed. Xpertza retains rights to pre-existing internal processes, reusable systems, proprietary frameworks, and unselected concept work unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Clients remain responsible for confirming they have legal rights to the content, media, and assets they supply for project use.

Post-launch or post-delivery support depends on the agreed service scope. Some projects include a limited support window, while ongoing work may be handled through a Monthly Growth Retainer or a separately scoped follow-up phase.

Xpertza does not automatically provide indefinite support unless it is part of the written agreement or ongoing plan.

If a signed contract, proposal, or written milestone agreement exists for a project, that project-specific document takes priority where it differs from this general Terms of Service page.
